The company therefore begins a path of development and individual growth and, thanks also to the important commercial relationships with the main manufacturers of vending machines, and taking advantage of the enormous advantage given by the introduction of the euro, it establishes itself as a leading company in Italy. in its sector. With over 20 years of activity behind it, Universo Vending is today the only Italian distribution center that has the products of all manufacturers of spare parts, payment systems and accessories related to the world of Vending in Italy.
Consignment Stock
For some years the company has been experimenting with important customers the Consignment Stock service, a technique that consists in managing the spare parts warehouse directly at the customer's premises. With the Consignment Stock, in fact, the goods remain the property of Universo Vending and remain on consignment with the customer until they are picked up. The customer, from time to time, takes the quantity of goods necessary for his needs and, only at this moment, the goods pass ownership from the supplier to the customer. Through a state-of-the-art computerized system, Universo Vending receives the data relating to the withdrawals made in real time and replenishes the stocks fixed in the warehouse. This service guarantees the customer considerable advantages in terms of management costs, and a zero supply lead-time, since the goods are always present in the warehouse.
